ÂÌW CAR CLUB HELLAS REGULATION
-----------------------------------------------

All BMW car owners have the right to participate in the BMW CAR CLUB HELLAS, their car's model and type notwithstanding, with the sole condition that they are driving licence holders

:: MEMBER'S OBLIGATIONS

All those participating in BMW CLUB HELLAS have to comply with the following obligations:

a. All members have the same privileges which are defined in the Information Booklet they have in their possession. These privileges are exclusively personal and in no case transferable to a third party, except in cases in which a member withdraws from the Club and grants his or her place to some other member.
b. The privileges given to the members are used exclusively so that they can have the best possible services for the maintainance of their cars as well as for the use of their cars.
c. Members should aim at being friendly and supportive to other members and willing to provide any help, where this is possible and needed.
d. Members should know that Service Centers, Insurance Companies as well as stores with which the Club co-operates will provide their better services and lower prices in relation to the competition, provided that the member is a regular customer of that business. In every other case they have the right to change their prices, with the Club having no responsibility on that.
e. Members, although not obliged to do so, should participate in the meetings so that the Club functions efficiently. The more the members present, the more the benefits for all.
f. Any member wishing to participate in the meetings having with him or her some acquaintance (relatives are excluded) is allowed to do so, but in no more than two (2) meetings. The Club is open strictly to its members only.
g. In case of the organisation of an event or an excursion, members must decide whether they will participate or not two (2) weeks prior to the day of the event. That is because all kinds of events, require the precise number of individuals with minimal divergence and the Club has the responsibility towards the organizers. If there is any last minute hindrance on the part of the member, you are kindly asked to inform the Club immediately. With regard to the excursions that will be organised and since an overnight stay in a hotel is required, members must know that the cost of stay is always paid by the members, however with a relative discount since they belong to the Club. Finally members must know that due payment of the fee for their stay is necessary before the excursion. A member not having paid his or her fee, will not participate in the excursion. Here, it should be underlined that in case some member is totally unable to participate in the excursion for any reason and he or she notifies in time time the President of the Club, then his or her downpayment is returned in full. It is obvious that if a member doesn't notify in time about his or her inability to participate, then his or her downpayment is withheld by the hotel and not by the Club.
h. On their way to the place where the event is organized, and only for the cases in which the itinerary includes the National Road , members of the Club are obliged to keep a steady speed and a steady course so as to not have undesirable deviations and to minimise the possibility of members getting lost.
i. If a member wishes to withdraw from the Club, he or she has the right to do so at any moment, with no previous notice, having as sole obligation a written notification to the Club. In case the withdrawing member wishes to transfer his or her status as a member to a third party indicated by himself or herself, this is possible, however only after having paid his or her fee to the Club.
j. The contribution to the Club is fixed on a sum of 100 Euros and paid upon registering to the Club. This contribution lasts for one year and is not returned.
k. Members that have the possibility of having access to the electronic pages of the Club must keep in mind that the contents of the Club's site, are not to be offered for advertising (with the exception of members who have come to an agreement with the President of the Club) as well as for any form of vituperation and for photographs with obscene content. Any member that will proceed in some of the above actions, will be automatically banned from the Club.
