:: THE CLUB'S OBLIGATIONS

a. In order to satisfy completely its members, the Club has to care for the best possible communication among members as well as with the Club. The President of the Club will be always available for any information needed and if possible will render his or her services disinterestedly.
b. The Club should absolutely observe whatever is mentioned as its members' privileges and for which has collected a financial subscription from its members In case a member is dissatisfied by the offered services, the Club has the obligation to communicate with the enterprises it co-operates with and try to solve any problem taking always into consideration the satisfaction of its members.
c. The Club is in charge of its members' meetings. Members will receive a notice through electronic correspondence (e-mail) or if this possibility doesn't exist, through phone calls or written messages (SMS) and always at least four (4) days prior to the the meeting. The Club is also responsible for the in charge for the impeccable organisation of meetings in places that have been fixed beforehand.
d. Events organised by the Club must have the stricter possible safety standards. For this reason, all such events will take place in circuits where there is a maximum of safety.
e. The Club's excursions should be organised in such a way that the members are first of all safe and also completely satisfied by the organisation Because surely members will have to be fed and possibly spend a night far from their homes, the Club has the e obligation to care beforehand for the place where members will eat and sleep (category A or B if it is a two-day excursion). Naturally all the expenses for restaurants and hotels will be paid by the members as mentioned already.
f. The Club is obliged to make every possible effort in order to contribute for finding technical or aesthetic (design) solutions for its members. In such cases, it is obliged to provide them with any document available either (conventional or electronic), however always lent or photocopied.
g. If for any reason, the Club decides not to realize an event or excursion, then the Club is obliged to return in full the money received from its members as downpayment for the cancelled event.
